Bishop Irvin experience and dedication is gaining momentum in Puerto Rico . He and the staff continue to work to help the people whom have been devastated by the recent hurricane. Many of the churches have been greatly damaged by the storm.

  

Bishop Gregory S. Irvin, the people’s leader, serves in ministry in vast capacities, extending beyond traditional and physical church boundaries, to impact and influence lives. His approach and sincerity in sharing the message of faith has opened many doors for him to reach people in various parts of the world. For over 30 years, Bishop Irvin has diligently served as a pastor, teacher, and leader. He is currently the Pastor of Bethesda Apostolic Church in Urbana, Ohio. Prior to this, he faithfully served for 25 years as the Senior Pastor of Greater Bethel Apostolic Assembly in London, Ohio. His unwavering love for people has produced thriving fruit in his resident community and abroad. Leadership worth following, Bishop Irvin has extended his reach beyond the local church and has been actively involved in supporting and championing the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW) and the Ohio District Council (ODC). He has held several positions in the PAW throughout his life and currently serves as the chairman of the PAW International Missions Department (IMD). In 1983, he was ordained as Elder, installed as Pastor in 1986, elevated to District Elder in 1996 and further elevated to Suffragan Bishop in 2015 and now serves as the Diocesan Bishop of the Puerto Rico District Council. Under his ministry, 11 pastors and their churches throughout Puerto Rico have joined the PAW. As the PAW IMD chairman, over $700, 000 was raised for International Missions. The grace of God has granted him great success in each position, role and office that he has humbly served in. As a devoted husband to First Lady Carmen Irvin, Bishop Irvin walks proudly in his first ministry of family. Together, Bishop and First Lady Irvin have raised two beautiful children into successful adults; April Irvin and Gregory Irvin II. They have impacted the lives of countless others through their many years of service. He is loved and revered as a visionary man of faith whose life aim is often quoted, “Lord I’m striving to make 100, 99 1/2 won’t do.” His reputation and dedication precede him as he delivers inspirational insights that change lives in changing times.
