England is a country that is part of the United Kingdom.[6][7][8] It shares land borders with Wales to the west and Scotland to the north-northwest. The Irish Sea lies west of England and the Celtic Sea lies to the southwest. England is separated from continental Europe by the North Sea to the east and the English Channel to the south. The country covers five-eighths of the island of Great Britain, which lies in the North Atlantic, and includes over 100 smaller islands, such as the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.

Bishop C. Wayne Brantley is the second of four boys born to Mr. Clarence and Mrs. Corrine Brantley.  At a very early age, Wayne showed sensitivity for people and tremendous love for God and the church.  He was baptized in the name of Jesus by the then Youth President, and his pastor, the Honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner.  After being filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 14, Wayne began to demonstrate the qualities of a leader.

By the time he reached the age of 18, he was the vice-president of the local youth department of the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal and became its President at the age of 20 and served in that capacity for over 10 years.  His love for young people has led him to serve in many capacities dealing with youth.  Over his many years of ministry, he has served as the Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Chairman of the Brotherhood, Chairman of the Northern Ohio District Young People's Union, Vice-Chairman of the Ohio District Young People's Union and Special Assistant to the President of the International Young People's Union of the PAW, Inc.   Locally, during his leadership as president of the youth department, he established the Young Adult Usher board, The Gospel Chorale, and the Sons of Thunder, a little league football team, of whom he named.

He was educated in the city of Youngstown, Ohio, graduating from South High School and attending Youngstown State University. There he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications in 1984.

Currently he is halfway through his Masters program in Guidance and Counseling at YSU.  He is also a perpetual scholar of Wagnerian Seminars.

While adhering to the call of God, Wayne was called into the ministry in 1974 and was licensed by the PAW in 1975.  He went on to receive his papers of ordination in 1994.  Sitting under the tutelage of Bishop Norman L. Wagner, his ministry has grown and matured to the point that he has been blessed to speak across the country.  Internationally he has ministered in England, Italy, Germany, Trinidad and Jamaica.  He  served as one of the Undershepherds (Assistant Pastors) of the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church, pastored by Bishop Norman L. Wagner.  In addition to his responsibilities as an assistant pastor, he also served as the Assistant producer / director of Tel-a-World Ministries which produces "The Power of Pentecost" television program which has been seen across the nation and internationally in over 57 different foreign countries.  He served as the Executive Operating Officer of Calvary Ministries International, overseeing approximately 30 employees.

He has been married to the former Darlene Robinson for the past 36 years from which three beautiful children have been born, Carlene, Christopher and Cameron, as well as his adoring grandson, Brandon.  He yet has a burning desire to fulfill the will of God in his life and to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ and its saving message to the world.

In 1997 he was elevated to the office District Elder and National Presbyter over the nation of Italy, and at the National Convention of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., 2003 held in New Orleans, Louisiana, he was elevated to the position of Suffragan Bishop, serving under the Presiding Prelate, Bishop Wagner in the European Council of Nations.

In June of 2004, after serving under Bishop Wagner for 33 years, God chose him to pastor the Zion Pentecostal Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ohio and Zion has been blessed by his leadership as we continue to move in the destiny God has designed for us.  The Zion campus has four buildings, which include a beautiful 1,200-seat sanctuary, an administrative building, a recreational building and Educational building.

Bishop Brantley has implemented several ministry initiatives at Zion Pentecostal Church of Christ, such as The Holy Ghost Explosion, Family & Friends Day, the Community Outreach Harvest Ministry (Foodbank), and the Evangelism Conference. Pastor Brantley is the CEO of Thrive Economic Development Corporation, which is a community development non-profit organization.. Bishop Brantley will continue the vision of his spiritual father the Honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner as he implements the University of Christ. This international bible institute will offer Certificate Programs through Doctoral level degrees in Biblical Training.

Pastor Brantley was elevated to the Office of the Bishopric on August 13, 2009 at the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World International convention in Atlanta, Georgia. Bishop Brantley oversees the countries of England, France, Ireland and Belgium. As he has done for so many years, Bishop C.
